Cutar Nacin Hawa Social Media

Idan kana da muhimman al’amura a gabanka, sai ka ɗan taƙaita amfani da ‘social media”, matuƙar ba ‘neman kuɗi’ ko ‘kasuwanci’ kake da ita ba.

Idan son samu ne, a kowacce safiya, kar ka buɗe data, har sai ka kammala muhimman al’amuran da suke gabanka; misali: bitar karatu, adhkar, ‘yan aiyukan gida…

Waɗanda suka kamu da ‘social media addiction’, ba za su iya wani aiki muhimmi ba, face suna tattaɓa wayar hannunsu; a tafe (wasu har suna cikin tuƙin abin hawa ma), cikin aiki, a wajen karatu, a cin abinci, cikin ‘toilet’… hatta a lokutan bacci, waya ita aba ta ƙarshe a ta’amulli, haka ma a wajen tashi daga bacci.

Wani ba ya iya ‘5 minutes’ ba tare da danna waya ba, illar wannan, na zama ‘jaraba’ (addiction), sannan ‘social media’ za ta cinye ma lokacin aiyukanka muhimmai, aikin da ya kamata ka kammala a 10 mins, sai ya ɗauke ka 20 – 30 mins, wannan na daga cikin illolin ‘social media’.
