Sunday Igboho Reassures Yoruba Nation Movement with New Year Message

Chief Sunday Adeyemo, widely recognised as Sunday Igboho, has extended heartfelt New Year greetings to Yoruba people across the globe, reiterating his unwavering commitment to the Yoruba self-determination movement.

Through his spokesman, Olayomi Koiki, Igboho expressed prayers for prosperity in the coming year while reaffirming that the pursuit of a sovereign Yoruba Nation remains unshaken.

“Our watchword remains ‘No going back.’ This is the time for unity, courage, and focus. We are resolute in our mission, and we call on all Yoruba sons and daughters to be prepared for what lies ahead,” Igboho declared.

He called for peaceful protests to advance the movement’s cause, adding, “Peaceful protests and rallies will be held continuously to assert our rights to self-determination. Do not fear—this is a movement that will bring about the change we all desire.”

Igboho urged unity and proactive action among Yoruba people, saying, “The journey may be challenging, but our destination is clear, and our victory is certain.”

In his message, he assured the Yoruba people that their aspirations would soon become a reality, stating, “May this new year bring happiness, peace, and fulfilment to all Yoruba people across the globe. As we step into this new season, we are closer than ever to achieving our dreams.”
